The Béligneux site
The Masterflex Group's French subsidiary has been headquartered in Béligneux in the Ain region for over 30 years. The offices bring together administrative, logistics, quality and sales departments to meet the demands of the French market and French overseas departments and territories. Around ten employees work on a 1,600m² order preparation and storage site.
Masterflex as an employer: Who are we?
Under the aegis of the Masterflex Group, the Masterflex brand specializes in the development and manufacture of thermoplastic spiral hoses. It also develops, produces and markets clip-on hoses and film hoses. The product range is rounded off by sleeves, flanges, threaded fittings, clamps and other connecting parts. All this makes Masterflex a competent partner in the development of high-tech hose systems, thanks in no small part to the experience of its employees.

Around 150 employees work for the Masterflex brand at the Gelsenkirchen site, many of them from the region. It is the largest production site of the Masterflex Group and a distribution branch for Masterflex in Germany, Austria, Switzerland + Worldwide. Our recipe for success is our employees' concentrated expertise in materials and thermoplastic processing. Over the years, this has enabled us to develop and bring to market numerous sustainable product innovations.
Masterflex products combine ingenuity, precision and outstanding quality. We draw on the know-how of our employees in the fields of engineering and development, production, quality control and distribution. As a result, we are able to offer high-quality pipes and connection systems to almost any industry, whether solving standard customer problems or meeting highly individual requirements.

We assume our social and ecological responsibility by integrating sustainability concepts into our corporate strategy. Sustainability encompasses economic success, environmental protection and responsible coexistence. An important first step towards sustainability was the installation of a modern photovoltaic system on around 1,900 square meters of roof space at the Gelsenkirchen production facility. This system helps Masterflex to cover part of its energy needs from its own resources - while sustainably reducing its CO2 footprint. On working days, the green electricity is fed directly into ongoing production.
